An invitation to create a signature piece for this flagship restaurant allowed the artist to propose a new installation concept for the space. A bespoke ceiling structure was created to support the piece, whilst detailed concept development with engineers and fabricators resulted in the creation of 1800 individually crafted diffusers, in an anodised finished selected for its sensitivity to the timeless detailling of the interior.
