BESPOKE

The creation of our luminaries begins with a space, an insight into the desired effect, and ultimately a vision of the atmosphere a client wishes to create. Initial discussion of these key points allows the studio a thorough understanding of the requirements and aspirations for the fixtures.

CUSTOMISED

Should there be a vision of creating a one of a kind piece, a luminaire from an existing object, or for creating beautiful functional fixtures from  surplus materials or obsolete fittings we will assess the possibilities with the client.

COLLABORATION

Further to initial discussions we present concepts for consideration. As collaboration is key to the process of creation we develop the chosen concepts to embody the vision of the client, and proceed to manufacture informed by the experience of our team of exceptional artisan makers. Combining our in-house knowledge of current lighting technology with the invaluable skills of our artisans, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful work which transforms a clients vision into reality.

PRODUCTION

We oversee the production of every piece from start to finish, ensuring a holistic approach across each stage of a project. The studio has extensive experience in working within a wider design team to co-ordinate the seamless delivery and installation of our work. We frequently liaise with architects, builders, and electricians to ensure that all necessary provisions are made for our fixtures and that our involvement in a project is cohesive and efficient.

Ultimately our goal is to create beautiful functional objects which fit perfectly within an environment and create an atmosphere which  can only be achieved by exceptional lighting.
